DOES THE WORKPLACE HAVE A PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE?
Start by determining if a confined space exists in the workplace. OSHA defines confined spaces as:
* Having limited or restricted means for access or egress,
* Large enough and so configured to allow bodily entry, and
* Not designed for continuous worker occupancy.
If you have a space or spaces that meet this definition answer "yes". If not answer "no".
